INDOOR & OUTDOOR INSTALLATION
Plan the space. Prepare for a smooth arrival.
Our machines are for indoor and outdoor use. A practical location combines easy customer access with the right base, utilities and a clear plan for day-to-day care.

Choose a visible, accessible position
Think about how customers arrive, manage their dog and leave. Allow working room around the bay, safe access and maintenance access. Review lighting and the walking surface, particularly where water may splash.
Prepare the base and delivery route
Use the final production drawing to plan a suitable level base and service clearances. Check doorways, gates, unloading arrangements and the route to the final position. We’ll confirm the delivery and unloading arrangements for your site; additional unloading services and installation may carry separate charges.
Arrange water, drainage and power
Give the confirmed utility specification to your plumber and electrician before work starts. Plan the water supply, wastewater connection and electrical provision for the chosen model. Site works and installation are priced separately from the machine.
For an outdoor location
Consider rain exposure, wind, drainage, lighting and freezing conditions. Agree the weather protection and winter operating procedure for your site before installation, including whether a shelter would improve customer comfort. Include frost protection for exposed pipework in your winter plan.
For an indoor location
Think about ventilation, moisture, noise, water containment and the route through your premises. Keep the washing area convenient for customers without obstructing other services.
Before you open
Agree who installs and commissions the equipment. Check the wash programmes, payment setup, drainage and user instructions. Set a routine for cleaning, refills and equipment checks, and make it clear how customers can get help.
