Everyday care
Set a schedule for cleaning the bay, removing collected hair, checking the drain and topping up products. Check hoses, fittings and payment operation. Keep a record of faults and maintenance, and follow the supplied operating instructions.
Warranty and service arrangements
We’ll explain the warranty and service arrangements for your machine and provide the terms with your order. These will cover what is included, how to request help and arrange replacement parts, and any labour or travel charges. Service scope and response arrangements are confirmed for your order.
Consumables and spare parts
Agree compatible wash products and replacement parts for your configuration. Hold an appropriate stock of consumables and plan replenishment around usage. Availability, prices and lead times should be confirmed when ordering.
Branding and help with design
You can use the ready-branded design, supply your own artwork or request our help. The design scope and any service fee are agreed in advance. Artwork is checked and approved before printing.
Ordering and timing
Your machine is made to order, with approximately three months for manufacture and delivery. We’ll confirm your expected schedule as part of the order.
